  • Tile Installation — Ceramic, porcelain, marble, and natural stone tile installation for residential and commercial spaces.
  • Flooring Installation — Complete flooring solutions using tile, vinyl, marble, and other durable materials designed to enhance property value.
  • Bathroom Remodeling — Full renovation services from design to final installation, delivering modern, high-end results.
  • Tile & Flooring Repair — Expert repair of damaged tiles, cracks, uneven surfaces, and worn-out flooring.
  • Grout Cleaning & Restoration — Deep cleaning and restoration of grout lines to remove stains, mold, and discoloration.

All services are performed with attention to detail, clean and precise workmanship, and a commitment to on-time delivery. Service availability, scope, and pricing are subject to change. The most current offerings are always reflected in our active catalog on our website.

3. Estimates and Project Agreements

Miami Flooring & Tile provides detailed, transparent estimates with no hidden costs. Before any work begins, clients will receive a written estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total cost.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
  • A signed agreement or deposit confirmation is required before scheduling any project.
  • Any changes to the project scope requested after the agreement is signed may result in revised pricing and timelines, which will be communicated in writing before proceeding.

4. Online Bookings and Appointments

Clients may schedule consultations and service appointments directly through our website. By booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and property information at the time of booking.
  • Be available or have an authorized representative present at the scheduled time.
  • Notify Miami Flooring & Tile at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

5. Payments

Miami Flooring & Tile accepts online payments securely processed through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

  • Deposits: Most projects require a deposit prior to scheduling. The deposit amount will be specified in your estimate.
  • Final Payment: Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Gift Cards: Miami Flooring & Tile offers digital gift cards available for purchase through our website. Gift cards are non-refundable, have no expiration date, and may be applied toward any service in our catalog.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Miami Flooring & Tile reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed and deposited projects.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once a project has been scheduled and materials have been ordered, unless Miami Flooring & Tile is unable to fulfill the agreed scope of work.
  • If a project is canceled by the client after materials have been purchased, the client may be responsible for the cost of those materials.
  • If Miami Flooring & Tile cancels a confirmed project for reasons within our control, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to miamiflooringandtileinc@gmail.com within 7 days of the triggering event.

7. Automated Assistant

Miami Flooring & Tile uses an automated assistant available via WhatsApp and our website to help answer questions, provide information about services, and assist with booking requests. Please note:

  • The automated assistant is a support tool and does not replace direct communication with our team.
  • Responses generated by the assistant are informational and do not constitute a binding quote or contract.
  • For project-specific questions or formal estimates, please contact us directly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Miami Flooring & Tile website — including text, images, service descriptions, logos, and branding — is the property of Miami Flooring & Tile and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Miami Flooring & Tile is committed to delivering durable, long-lasting results with expert craftsmanship. However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues, subfloor conditions, or property damage unrelated to our scope of work.
  • Our liability for any claim arising from a completed project is limited to the total amount paid for that specific service.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, material availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
