Flooring Installation & Remodeling in Pinecrest

"I was working with them for a full kitchen and dining room remodel and they did a wonderful job. They were very professional and coordinated which I really appreciated. Great communication as well."

"I spoke with three contractors before I hired Marlon and his team to install tile on our condo balcony, and I would hire them again. From our first meeting his professionalism, attentiveness, responsiveness, and his assurances ( I needed someone who could work my HOA and guarantee me a specific timeline) not to mention his pricing - everything was easy. The work is done, and I couldn't be happier. It was started more than two weeks ahead of schedule, and finished within the time estimated in spite of a change order. The team is respectful, tidy, and shows up on time. I never waited more than a few minutes for a response from Marlon when I texted him a question, and he was on the job every day to make sure everything was going well and to check on his team. I've gone through two renovations, countless handymen, contractors and service providers in my life. Marlon is a first rate pro who takes care of his clients. I wish nothing but the best for this business."

"I was very lost when it comes to choosing a flooring contractor. But wen I contacted Miami flooring Marlin the owner guided me through the process in remolding my bathroom and flooring through out my house. I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs"

"Marlon and his team just completed a patio redo project for me. It looked easy at first - but my home is 90 years old this year, and we needed/wanted to keep the integrity of the home. Marlon totally understood the issue and worked with me to be sure that the tiles and the entire process respected that concern. They worked everyday in 90 degree heat and never complained. Marlon and the installer were very patient with me as I have an eye for detail and I notice everything! And patience isn’t one of my virtues……They explained the process (2-3 times actually) as it progressed in the steps. They were right every time. The outcome is beautiful and I am very happy. The home will also enjoy the patio for many years to come. I highly recommend Marlon and Miami Flooring and Tile. I’m attached pictures but they never do justice to the real product!"

"I hired, Miami Flooring and tile Inc. Two refurbish my Saltillo/Mexican tile because it was discolored cracked, and it looked pretty bad. It needed to be refurbished coated or painted as well as a sealed. I’ll throughout my house which I’d like to preserve it’s antique look and so I hired Miami Flooring and tile Inc. to refurbish it and the result is amazing. I think Marlon for speeding up the process and doing this job with his crew for which are very polite and professional."

"Miami Flooring and Tile and the owner Marlon Blandon did excellent work from the demolition phase to installation to clean up. The crew showed up every day on time and worked hard all day to efficiently complete the project and to prevent minimum disruption to our home. Marlon is very honest and gave me great advice about how best to replace my master bathroom tiles. We are very pleased with the outcome and even when I noticed some details that needed to be addressed after the job was completed, Marlon immediately came back to our home to deal with the issues until we were completely satisfied. After dealing with so many contractors in Miami who do sloppy work and are unreliable, I feel Marlon is the exception. He really cares about his customers and his reputation. . I highly recommend Miami Flooring Tile and in fact I referred him to several of my neighbors who need to replace their tiles as well."

"Excellent work"

"I contacted three local installers to install solidwood on my second floor with stairs, Miami Flooring and Tile stood out for reasonable prices and excellent Google reviews. The latter is even more important than the former to me before paying thousands of dollars to a stranger. It turned out that their excellent reviews are real because the work Marlon and his team did is top notch. Highly recommend."
